Can employers see my name while I search?
No. Employers see your skills, experience and city. Your name, phone number, email and resume go only to an employer whose JobCoNCT you accept.
Do I have to apply for jobs?
You don't search job boards. When an employer's role matches your profile, you get a JobCoNCT with a link. If you are new to Hire22, apply through that link. If you already have a profile, log in and accept with one click.
How will a JobCoNCT reach me?
By SMS, WhatsApp, email or an AI call from Hire22, and in the Hire22 app if you use it. The message has the role details and a link to apply or accept.
What happens if I decline a JobCoNCT?
The employer does not get your contact details. You can also hold a JobCoNCT and decide later.
What kind of roles are on Hire22?
Mid and senior roles in India, including senior tech, leadership and CXO positions. Hire22 does not list fresher or entry-level jobs.
How is my data protected?
Hire22 follows the DPDP Act 2023 and does not sell your data to advertisers. You can ask for your profile and personal data to be deleted at any time.
