Our Story

Freshersworld taught us entry-level hiring. It also showed us where Indian hiring hurts most.

17 years of running Freshersworld meant watching the same pattern from the employer side. Graduate roles filled fine. The engineering manager, the finance controller, the regional sales head: those sat open, and the cost wasn't the job board fee. It was a recruiter spending three weeks on calls to find out who was serious. Hire22 exists to cut that part out. AI does the sourcing, the first outreach and the ranking, and the candidate's identity stays private until they choose to talk.

Entity & Origins

The Company Behind Hire22

Hire22.ai was conceived and engineered by Ainetix Solutions Private Limited, an AI-native venture studio and software lab headquartered in Bengaluru. Ainetix built Hire22 to fix two problems that slow Indian employers down the most: the weeks it takes to find and reach the right mid and senior candidates, and candidates who go silent mid-process or drop out after accepting an offer.

The answer was an agentic platform. SARA AI runs the pipeline from job post to interview-ready candidates, Hunter AI searches the Hire22 database and fetches relevant profiles from across the internet, CoNCT AI handles outreach and follow-ups, and JoinX AI scores each candidate's joining probability and cultural fit. Together they deliver interview-ready candidates in 22 hours, with anonymous matching that complies with the DPDP Act 2023.
