All jobs are listed anonymously. Company names and details remain hidden until the candidate accepts a CoNCT request. There is no public job listing. Only relevant candidates are matched privately, ensuring discreet hiring.
2. Candidate Anonymity
Candidates remain anonymous through the entire matching process. Employers see only professional highlights like experience, skills, and city. Names, contact numbers, and employer details are never shared until consent is given.
3. Mutual Consent for Identity Disclosure
Both employer and candidate identities are disclosed only after mutual interest is confirmed via a JobCoNCT. Until then, both parties remain anonymous, ensuring privacy first hiring.
4. Controlled Contact Sharing
