Once you've created a job posting, you need to publish it to make it visible to candidates. Here's the complete publishing process:
Review Your Job Posting
Before publishing, carefully review all job details:

- Compensation: Salary range or compensation details
- Location: Office location or remote options

Use the "Preview" button to see how your job posting will appear to candidates. Check both desktop and mobile views for optimal presentation.
Set Visibility Options
Configure who can see your job posting:
- Public: Visible to all Hire22.ai users and search engines
- Platform Only: Visible only to registered Hire22.ai candidates
- Private: Only accessible via direct link (unlisted)
- Internal: Visible only to your company team members
Choose Publishing Duration
Set how long your job posting will remain active:
- 30 Days: Standard job posting duration
- 60 Days: Extended posting for hard-to-fill roles
- 90 Days: Maximum duration for ongoing needs
- Custom Date: Specify exact start and end dates
- Until Filled: Remain active until you manually close
Jobs can be set to auto-renew when they expire. You'll receive a notification 3 days before expiration with the option to extend or close the posting.

- Featured Job: Highlighted at top of search results
- Sponsored: Promoted to relevant candidates via email
- Premium Placement: Priority listing in category pages

Click Publish
Once everything is configured, click the "Publish Job" button.
Your job will go live immediately (or at your scheduled time) and become visible according to your visibility settings.
