Step 1: Create a JobCoNCT

From your Hire22.ai Employer Dashboard, click on "Create a JobCoNCT" at the top right.

If you haven't posted any jobs yet, you'll see a "You haven't posted any jobs yet!" prompt - click Create a JobCoNCT to begin.

Step 2: Enter Basic Job Details

Fill in the fundamental information about the position:

Job Title / Designation

Enter the title or designation for your role. Use a clear, standard title so that the AI can find matching profiles easily.

  • Example: "Sales Manager", "Software Engineer - React.js"

Job Location

Choose the city or area where the candidate will work. You can also check "Allow nearby candidates" if you are open to profiles within nearby locations.
