Understanding Job Pending Status

When you post a job on Hire22.ai, it may show as "Pending" status. This typically occurs when:

  • No Active Package: You haven't activated a package or purchased credits yet
  • Expired Package: Your previous package has expired and needs renewal
  • Insufficient Credits: You need a minimum balance to keep jobs active
Important Note

Jobs in Pending status will not be visible to candidates, and SARA AI will not begin matching until your package is activated. Make sure to activate your package promptly to start receiving candidate confirmations.

How Can I Activate My Package?

You can easily activate your package from your Hire22.ai dashboard. Follow these simple steps:

Go to your Dashboard

Log in to your Hire22.ai employer account and navigate to your main dashboard. You'll see your current package status and job listings here.

Click on the "Upgrade" button

Look for the "Upgrade" or "Activate Package" button in your dashboard. This is typically located in the header, sidebar, or within your account settings section.

Choose a plan that fits your hiring needs

Browse through the available packages and select one that matches your hiring requirements. Consider factors like:

  • Number of job postings you need
  • Expected number of candidate unlocks
  • Credit allocation for your hiring volume
  • Package validity period

Complete the payment or activation process

Follow the secure payment process to activate your chosen package. Hire22.ai supports multiple payment methods including:

If your job remains pending after successful payment, it may take a few minutes for the system to process. If it persists beyond 30 minutes, contact support@hire22.ai with your transaction details.

Can I activate my package later?

Yes, you can create job posts and activate your package anytime. However, your jobs will remain in Pending status until you activate a package. We recommend activating early to start getting candidate matches immediately.

What happens when my package expires?

When your package expires, existing jobs will move to Pending status and new jobs cannot be posted. You can still view unlocked profiles and manage existing candidates, but you'll need to renew or upgrade to continue posting new jobs.

Can I upgrade my package mid-cycle?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your package anytime. The new credits and benefits will be added to your account immediately, and any remaining credits from your previous package will be retained.

Do I need a package to view matching profiles?

You need an active package for SARA AI to start matching candidates. Without an active package, your job stays in Pending and no matching occurs.
