What is CoNCT?
CoNCT (Connect) lets you send a JobCoNCT request to shortlisted or Relevant candidates.
Once you send a CoNCT:
- Candidates receive notifications via email, WhatsApp, and in-app alerts.
- They can confirm or decline the request.
- Once a candidate confirms, their profile appears under Confirmed Profiles with a JoinX Score generated by SARA AI.
This process ensures you engage only with consent-based, interested candidates maintaining full privacy until confirmation.
What Does "CoNCT Sent" Mean?
"CoNCT Sent" indicates that your JobCoNCT request has been successfully delivered to the candidate.
At this stage:
- The candidate has received your invite through multiple channels.
- They can choose to Accept or Decline your job connection.
- The profile remains anonymous until the candidate responds.
What Happens After Sending a CoNCT?
After you send a CoNCT:
- The candidate is notified through app, WhatsApp, and email.
- If the candidate confirms, their profile moves to the Confirmed Profiles section.
- Their contact details become visible, and a JoinX Score is generated automatically based on their fit and availability.
- If the candidate does not confirm or declines, their profile remains hidden and anonymous.
This ensures you interact only with candidates who are genuinely interested in your opportunity.
Why CoNCT Hold
Your CoNCT is placed on hold because there is no active package available on your account. When a package is inactive or expired, the system pauses all outgoing CoNCT requests and candidate notifications. Activate or upgrade your package to resume sending CoNCTs, reaching candidates, and receiving confirmations without interruption.
