Our AI Outreach Agent will reach out to the candidates and notify them through email, app notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and other communication channels. If there is no active package, your CoNCTs will be placed on hold.

What is "Relevant Profiles"?
"Relevant Profiles" shows candidates identified from Hire22.ai's existing database who match your JobCoNCT requirements.
- Candidates are AI-matched purely on relevance to your job inputs.
- At this stage, no JoinX evaluation is applied.
- To proceed further, you'll need to send a CoNCT to the candidates you want to reach.
Once a CoNCT is sent, SARA AI takes over to collect candidate consent and evaluate profiles with JoinX scoring.
When Will I Start Seeing Relevant Profiles?
You'll start seeing Relevant profiles within 22 hours after your JobCoNCT is successfully created.
During this period, SARA AI:
- Scans the Hire22 database for best-fit candidates
- Reaches out to them via app, email, and WhatsApp
- Waits for candidate consent before showing confirmation-ready profiles

Can I filter or sort relevant profiles?
Yes. You can filter by experience, CTC, notice period, or location to prioritize the most relevant candidates.
Why can't I see contact details in relevant profiles?
The candidates are already auto filtered by AI based on your JobCoNCT requirements. You don't need to apply any manual filters. Simply review the shortlisted profiles and send CoNCT requests to the most relevant candidates.
Can I shortlist candidates without unlocking?
Yes. You can mark candidates as "Shortlisted" and unlock them later when you're ready to contact.
Are Relevant Profiles profiles from Hire22's database?
Yes, primarily from our curated database. Additionally, our AI may reach out to external platforms to expand the reach.
