How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these simple steps to regain access to your account.

Navigate to Login Page

Go to hire22.ai/recruit/login and locate the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form.

Enter Your Email Address

On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Hire22.ai Recruit account.

Make sure to use the exact email address you registered with, as the reset link will only be sent to this address.

Email Not Registered?

If you receive a message that the email is not registered, you may have used a different email address. Try alternative email addresses or contact support for assistance.

Check Your Email Inbox

Within 2-3 minutes, you'll receive an email from noreply@hire22.ai with the subject line "Reset Your Hire22.ai Password".

If you don't see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Check promotions or updates tab (Gmail users)
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait 5-10 minutes in case of email delivery delays

Click the Reset Link

Open the password reset email and click on the "Reset Password" button or link.

This will redirect you to a secure password reset page on Hire22.ai.

Link Expiration

Password reset links are valid for 1 hour for security reasons. If the link expires, simply request a new reset link.

Create New Password

On the password reset page, create a strong new password that meets these requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters in length
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Enter your new password in both the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields to ensure accuracy.

Confirm and Login

Click the "Reset Password" button to save your new password.

You'll be automatically redirected to the login page or logged into your account. Your new password is now active and ready to use.

If you're already logged in and want to change your password as a security precaution, you can do so from your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Hire22.ai Recruit account
  2. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner
  3. Select "Profile Settings" from the dropdown

  6. Enter your current password
  7. Enter your new password (twice for confirmation)
  8. Click "Update Password"

After changing your password, you'll remain logged in on your current device but will be logged out from all other devices for security.
