What makes Hire22.ai different from traditional job portals?

Unlike traditional portals where you wait for applications, Hire22.ai uses AI to proactively identify and reach out to candidates who best match your job requirements, ensuring faster and more accurate hiring.

What is SARA AI?

SARA is your intelligent hiring assistant. It understands your job requirements, generates job details automatically, matches top candidates, and manages outreach through multiple communication channels.

What is a JobCoNCT?

JobCoNCT is an AI-powered feature where you provide your job details to SARA, such as designation, location, and other parameters. Based on this information, SARA identifies and connects you with the most suitable, interview-ready candidates.

What are credits?

Credits are the platform's currency. You use credits when unlocking confirmed candidate profiles. Posting jobs and viewing matches are free, but unlocking a profile deducts credits based on the candidate's current salary.

2. Register and Login

How do I register as an employer?

You can sign up using your company email ID. Once registered, verify your email and mobile number to activate your employer dashboard.

How do I log in to my account?

Go to the login page, enter your registered email and password, and click Login. You can also use Google Sign-In if enabled.

What if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password via the registered email link.

Can multiple team members access the same employer account?

Yes. You can add team members with different roles and permissions to manage hiring collaboratively.

3. JobCoNCT

3.1: Create a JobCoNCT

What is JobCoNCT?

JobCoNCT is a feature where you provide inputs about your job requirement to the AI agent, SARA, including job designation, location, and other relevant details. SARA then connects you with suitable, interview-ready candidates.

What is the difference between JobCoNCT and Job Post?

JobCoNCT is an AI-driven matching system where you send connection requests to AI-matched candidates. Job Post is the traditional method where candidates apply manually.

What are "Tags" in JobCoNCT?

Tags help categorize your job based on key skills, tools, and experience levels. They improve AI accuracy and ensure your job reaches the right candidates.

Can I post a JobCoNCT without using credits?

Yes. Posting a JobCoNCT is free. However, you must have at least 500 credits in your account to post a job. Credits are used only when unlocking confirmed candidate profiles.

What happens after I post a JobCoNCT?

Once posted, the AI matches your job with the most relevant candidates. You can view them in the "All Matching" section and send CoNCT requests. When a candidate accepts your CoNCT, their profile appears under "Confirmed Profiles" with a JoinX Score.

What are mandatory fields in JobCoNCT?

Job Title, Experience, Location, and Salary Range are essential. Completing more fields improves AI accuracy.

Can I add alternative job titles?

Yes. Adding alternative job titles helps reach candidates who may use different role names but have relevant skills.

What does "Generate with AI" mean?

SARA can auto-generate your Job Description and Key Skills using the job title and inputs you provide.

Why is my job still in the "Pending" stage?

Jobs remain pending by default. If you have an active package, the AI reviews and activates your job within 30 minutes. If not, purchase a package or credits to proceed.

3.2: Job Status

What are the different job statuses?

Pending: Job created but not yet live (awaiting review, missing details, or inactive package)

Active: AI matching is live and candidates are being reached

Completed: The position has been filled or closed

Why is my job marked Pending?

Your job may still be under review or missing key details. Once verified and with an active package, it will go live automatically.

3.3: All Matching Profiles

What is "All Matching"?

"All Matching" shows all candidates from the database who meet your JobCoNCT criteria. Profiles are ranked by JoinX Score and readiness level.

When will I start seeing matching profiles?

You'll start seeing matches within 22 hours after your JobCoNCT is created successfully.

Can I filter the candidates with my requirement?

The candidates are already auto filtered by AI based on your JobCoNCT inputs. Simply review and send CoNCTs to relevant candidates.

Can I shortlist candidates without unlocking?

Yes. You can shortlist candidates and unlock them later when ready to connect.

Why can't I see contact details?

Candidate contact information remains hidden until they confirm your CoNCT.

Are all matching profiles from the same database?

Yes. Primarily from our curated database. The AI may also extend outreach to other verified sources.

3.4: Send a CoNCT

What is CoNCT?

CoNCT allows you to send a JobCoNCT request to relevant candidates. Candidates receive notifications through email, WhatsApp, and app alerts. Once they acknowledge, their profile appears under Confirmed with a JoinX Score.

What does "CoNCT Sent" mean?

It means you've sent a JobCoNCT request. The candidate receives notifications through multiple channels and can confirm or decline.

What happens after sending a CoNCT?

After you send a CoNCT, the candidate is notified. If they confirm, their contact details become visible. If not, the profile remains anonymous.

Can I resend a CoNCT if the candidate doesn't respond?

No need to resend. The AI automatically sends a reminder to the candidate on your behalf.

3.5: Package Activation

Why is my job still pending after posting?

If you don't have an active package or required credits, your job remains pending. Once activated, it goes live automatically.

How can I activate my package?

You can activate or upgrade your package under the Pricing or Account section of your dashboard.

What happens when my package expires?

Expired packages prevent new job postings. Renew or upgrade to continue posting and unlocking candidates.

3.6: Confirmed Profiles

What does "Candidate Confirmation" mean?

It means the candidate has received your JobCoNCT and confirmed interest in the role.

How are candidates contacted?

Candidates are reached through app notifications, WhatsApp, email, and SMS for faster responses.

Do candidates know my company name before confirming?

No. If you hide your company name, candidates see only your alias. We recommend keeping it visible for better response rates.

How long does it take to get confirmations?

Typically, candidates start confirming within 22 hours of posting.

What happens after a candidate confirms?

The candidate appears in "Confirmed Profiles" with a JoinX Score, and you gain access to their contact information for direct communication.

3.7: JoinX Score

What is the JoinX Score?

JoinX Score is an AI-evaluated metric that measures how well a candidate fits your job requirements and their likelihood of joining.

What factors are considered?

It includes experience, CTC, location, skills, notice period, and joining probability.

Does the JoinX Score decide the final selection?

No. It helps prioritize candidates. Interviews and assessments determine the final selection.

Why do some candidates have low JoinX Scores?

They may have mismatched salary expectations, skill gaps, or longer notice periods.

3.8: Unlock Profile

What happens when I unlock a profile?

Unlocking gives you access to the candidate's name, email, phone, and full resume.

Do I need credits to unlock a profile?

Yes. Credits are used based on the candidate's current salary.

How much does unlocking cost?

10 credits are deducted per 1 LPA of the candidate's salary. For example, 10 LPA = 100 credits.

Can I unlock the same profile multiple times?

No. Once unlocked, you have permanent access.

Do unlocked profiles expire?

No. They remain accessible under your unlocked list.

Can I export unlocked profiles?

Yes. You can download all unlocked profiles in Excel format from your dashboard to manage and track follow-ups.

What if a candidate doesn't respond after unlocking?

If a candidate doesn't respond, you can follow up directly using the contact details provided. Sending a polite follow-up via SMS or WhatsApp is recommended.

Can I see the number of profiles unlocked so far?

Yes. The dashboard shows how many profiles you've unlocked, along with details of when and which ones.

3.9: Credit Utilisation

How do credits work?

Credits are used only when you unlock confirmed profiles. Posting jobs and viewing matches are free.

How is the credit deduction calculated?

10 credits are deducted per 1 LPA of the candidate's current salary.

Can I top up my credits anytime?

Yes. You can buy more credits or upgrade your plan anytime.

Do credits expire?

Each package has a validity period. You can view your credit validity in the Account Utilisation section.

Can I use credits across multiple JobCoNCTs?

Yes. Credits are linked to your account, not a specific job.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can still view profiles but cannot unlock them until you add credits.

How can I check my credit balance?

You can view total, used, and remaining credits under Account Utilisation in your dashboard.

Is this upgrade for one job or all jobs?

Upgrades and added credits apply to your entire account, allowing use across all JobCoNCTs.
